January Market Update

The number of transactions was up in December but not enough to push our year to date numbers into positive territory. There was an increase in the number of building permits from last year and we are seeing signs that new construction is starting to increase.

December Statistics and Market Update

November transactions were up, but not enough to give me a chance to win the wager with JD. The market seems to have stabilized but inventory is down significantly. There are a few builders delivering homes to the market but inventory is down 15% from this time last year to 5750 homes.Dec. Market Click
